A little bit about me
I left my cushy corporate job when I checked in with my values and realized it wasn't in alignment anymore. The organization itself had gone from being this maverick and bold start up company to a massive telecom company. I manifested a large pay-out package and took a solo trip to Costa Rica to reignite my adventurous spirit, which although not dormant during my tenure in corporate America, had been overtaken by my story about "responsibility" and the belief that I had to "grow up and get a real job."
When I got back from Costa Rica, I enrolled in Seattle University's award winning Leadership Executive MBA program, because as Sun Tzu says, it's helpful to "know your enemy." While I don't really believe that capitalism and corporatism are the enemies, I do believe they're working on outdated beliefs and outdated systems that must change if we hope to create a better world.
It was during my L-EMBA program that I began researching economics and wealth, and formed my first definition of what it means to live in alignment with "wholehearted wealth."
I am so glad I woke up in 2004, and realized there was no reason to do what everyone else did. Although like everyone else, I have fears and get in my own way at times, I began to "hold myself in the fire" and walk into a more wholehearted relationship with myself over ten years ago. My life has been filled with magic and adventure ever since!!
I am here to tell you that when you follow your heart, ditch "conventional wisdom" and listen to the magic of your guides and your own higher spirit, you will discover that this universe is so much more amazing, magical and playful then you could ever imagine, and is constantly conspiring to help you be the very best you can possibly be!.
These classes are a synthesis of what I've learned along the way.
I look forward to meeting you and being your guide to the magical world we live in when we start to open our hearts and minds.
Blessings and Joy!
"“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
“The plain fact is that the planet does not need more successful people. But it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of every kind. It needs people who live well in their places. It needs people of moral courage willing to join the fight to make the world habitable and humane. And these qualities have little to do with success as we have defined it.”
